Going in the opposite direction of our previous, all live production Bizzies mix from Lovecraft, we requested that Weaponry go the all vinyl route. I’ve seen him play several all vinyl sets and I’ve been blown away each time. There’s something about it’s old school nature that makes me appreciate it more than any kind of digital set. Not to say that digital sets are less admirable, but it’s just a personal opinion.
Anyway, Weap definitely delivered on our request and his mixing is incredibly on point. Give his mix a listen and, if you like what you hear (I’m sure that you will), definitely look into checking him out with Ghosts of Venice, Secrets, Just.One.Duran and Tim Zawada at A Disco Party tonight.
