Feb. 23 Well it’s that time of year again; Lollapalooza time. And unlike last years stellar EDM line up, this year at Perry’s stage will feature a whole bunch of crap. Sorry if you’re offended that, but barring a couple of acts, the line up is complete, mainstream, lowest common denominator garbage. Needless to say, I sold my ticket. I’m not mad though, as SmartBar and Dollar Disco are coming through with a weekend saver that I think we can all get excited about.
On this fine Sunday, Dollar Disco will open it’s doors to Ed Banger frontman Busy P as well as DJ Druzz of The Rapture. On top of that, they’ve got a $2 drink special for all well drinks (gin, rum, whiskey, vodka) and reduced prices for Lolla attendees (see Facebook for details). Need any other incentive to get excited? No problem, we’re also giving away a pair of tickets to the show!
