In this day and age it seems pretty easy to throw a track together, slap your handle on it and email it to every blog on the internet with no BCC (aka a nightmare). While most submissions are a bust, it’s artists like Vlsonn that the keep the wheels on this train going.
The Toronto based Dubstep producer recently hit me up with this remix of James Blake’s “I Never Learnt to Share” and an original called “Draped Up”. I was so intrigued by these few tracks that I flat out asked him if he wanted to do a mix for us. That’s pretty much it. Take a gander at the listing and lock it in for the next 30 minutes.
