For the third edition of our Mini Mix Series, we’ve opened our pages to the Vancouver based DJ/ Producer duo; Expendable Youth. Markus has been raving about these guys for the last however long, so it’s only fitting that we feature them. You may recognize them from their “Cannibalistic” track on the new Turned on Volume 1 (Discobelle Records) release that Markus touched base on a couple days ago, if not, you can catch yourself up on there right here.
Aside from our nice little mix series, we’ve also got a track of a new Top Billin release called “Get Your Conga On”, the title track off of Joyce Muniz & Shanti Roots‘ Get Your Conga On EP. If you don’t want to “waste your time” with our mixes, at least check out the track, it’s amazing (#2 in my mix.)
Lastly, since we’re so late on this May mix, we’re going to skip June. Not to worry, as Kid Color will be closing out this month with his bi-monthly Palette series.
