“Pon De Floor” is arguably the best track off of Diplo & Switch’s nu-dancehall record. I think more people were desperately trying to get this track than any other track this year. To coincide with the release of the video, there is going to be a few remixes. The first remix to be leaked is Diplo’s own and it’s pretty much the audio equivalent to a sweaty Brooklyn loft party. Maybe, what makes it sound like is Diplo collaborated with Ninjasonik. If you don’t know about Ninjasonik, they’re a Bad Brains crossed with Spankrock, but you have to see them live because they’re absolutely mind-blowing.
