It’s a big day in Dubstep, as one of it’s best producers, Skream, has recently received a gold record. The award was given to him for his remix of La Roux’s “In For The Kill” selling over 400,000 copies. In this day in age that’s a feat when you think of how little people buy records anymore, not to mention the good it will do for Dubstep. While people are still forming opinions on the genre, Skream has been around since the early days of the scene. His productions are often dark and moody, the bass is often heavy but not overwhelming and he always seems to find a melody. Be sure to look out for him this fall when he tours North America with Benga.
