Dirtybird and Mothership are running the Tech House game. Voodeux, of Mothership, (Tanner Ross + Marcel Wave) recently released their first full-length album called The Paranormal, which is seemingly fitting considering the album consists of dark, spacey techno. The first I heard of them was from Claude VonStroke’s Fabric 46 mix with “Just A Spoonful”, which has just the perfect blend of intricacy/ darkness that makes a great Techno song. These guys are so precise with their production that it’s hard to deny them as a staple in their genre.
