Andreas Tilliander (featuring New Moscow) of Adrian Recordings hit a home-run with his new bunch of “Caught in a Riot” remixes. As I’ve previously stated, I’ve been really into the Deep House/ Tech House vibe and these remixes by Boeoes Kaelstigen and Pellarins Ritz are almost perfectly inline with my current taste in music. Kaelstigen’s version is a shade shy of being a really tight Deep House track, while at the same time being a few sounds too busy for a solid minimal track. On the other hand, Pellarins’ mix seems to be some straight forward Tech House jam that reminds me a lot of Djuma Soundsystem‘s “This Sound”, I can’t explain it.
