If you haven’t yet heard of Major Lazer and claim to like dance music then you are way out of the loop. The epic combination of Switch and Diplo has left me and many others foaming at the mouth for the album (tracklisting just got released, Crookers co-produced a track, whaaaat?) set to be dropped June 16th. While we wait for Pon De Floor to drop we’ve been given songs like “Hold The Line”, and with it: remixes.
The Australians known as N.O.C. put on a nice little drum pattern and threw in some nice horns to make a very nice little remix, and I still can’t figure out if Diplo plays this remix in the video, or if N.O.C. just jacked the idea from Diplo mixing his song and “Trompeta” by SIS. Opinions?
