June 28 Chicago can get so cold sometimes that you end up not leaving your house all week, so come weekend you are ready to party till you puke. Luckily, on Saturday, January 17th, Schubas is having a crazy fun dance party that’s part of the Tomorrow Never Knows showcase. Schubas has scheduled Hot Biscuits’ favorite local band, Hey Champ, with Toronto’s Thunderheist. Along side Hey Champ and Thunderheist is Karmaloop Tv‘s Rage Foxxx aka Red Foxx aka one half of Sluttt. He’s also part of Boston’s Hearthrob, who’s parties are so legendary that your favorite DJ has played there three or four times already. Oh, and he’s also a certified Crooklyn Clan DJ.
Thunderheist, (who’s video for “Jerk It” is posted above) is an amazing act that has just been signed to Big Dada Records, home to fine acts like Diplo, Spank Rock, Wiley and Roots Manuva. You may recognize the voice of Isis because she was also featured alongside NORE in MSTRKFT’s ever so popular “Bounce”. “Jerk It” is also in the movie “The Wrestler”.
